Speaker 1:

If you are a recruiter in this podcast, you will learn how to recruit it professionals internationally while also earning some commissions, uh, sometimes even on the side. And if you are, um, hiring manager, you will learn how to assemble these teams, how to get the right person to work on the right project in the right role.

Speaker 2:

Here is the big question, how can independent retrofitters or agency owners like you and me help companies build their tech and marketing teams that deliver results constantly and systematically. How can we become their business partners instead of those overpriced international agencies with huge FNB budgets? That's the question. And this podcast will give you the answer. My name is[inaudible] and welcome to the tech recruitment podcast.

Speaker 1:

So I'm recording this podcast to share my hands-on experience and learnings and insights from a building, a new it outsourcing agency. So why we are here actually in the first place, probably you've already been following me on YouTube, or maybe you've been receiving my email newsletter for quite some time. You may already know that I'm in it for over 15 years, probably 17, 18. I don't count it anymore, but, uh, for the first say, I don't know, 15 years, I focused mainly on it as a developer. It consultant. I used to be a CTO. I have, co-founded a startup international startup in silent, which actually grew from zero to about$70 million in annual revenues, which was actually a great learning experience. It allowed me to work with it professionals with marketing teams to work with, uh, all these, uh, product management, um, uh, people. And, uh, I, I learned how these teams actually work, which eventually enabled me to even recruit some of these professionals for my clients after I left the company in Thailand. So for the last, um, roughly 18 months, probably almost two years, I've been working for, for my clients in Europe, in, in the United States, uh, in Thailand, in Australia as a, as a consultant, I help teams to, um, to, to understand it landscape. So eventually they could recruit it professionals. But now as of December 30, first, 2020, my business partner, and I have decided to start a new it outsourcing agency focused on international, it outsourcing focused on it, professionals it and marketing. So starting tomorrow, actually, which is the 1st of January, 2021, we are going to have to kick it off. And I'm really excited about this and especially about this opportunity to, to share these, uh, this journey with me. So if you are interested in technical recruitment, if you've been engaging with it professionals for quite some time, and you still don't really know how to screen candidates, how to interview them, how to measure them with the right job opportunities, then you may find this podcast vulnerable because I'll be sharing hands-on experience from my interviews, from my, uh, from my sessions with clients. And I'm now on the journey to build the company and grow it from zero. Like we are literally starting tomorrow from scratch. And, uh, the, as a next goal is actually a million dollars in revenues. So I invite you to, uh, to, to join my journey. You can be a passive listener and just, uh, you know, consumer this podcast, or you can also team up with us. You can become our partner. We are obviously open to partnerships. Uh, whenever we see some synergies, so feel free to send me an email. If you've been receiving my emails for some time, then just respond to the email and let me know that you are open to partnerships. And in this podcast, I'll be sharing my, uh, hands on experience even as, as I'm going to build a relationships with clients. So you will also learn how to get clients on board, how to position your, um, your experience, whether you are an independent recruiter or maybe you are an owner of an agency. So how to position your agency as an expert in the it recruitment field. Maybe, maybe you are a head Hunter who is transitioning from non-tech recruitment to it, recruitment, and, uh, you will also find, develop some of my insights, uh, probably also on YouTube where I explain it terms, which is not something I'm going to do now on this podcast, but even always just go to my YouTube channel and watch a few videos to refresh your knowledge about it. So in this podcast, I would really, really like to make it as hands-on, as I can talking about numbers, talking about commissions, talking about my experience with all these it professionals. So that that's what you can certainly expect. You know, how, how to build a company of freelance consultants, how to engage with, uh, other it recruiters in different countries, how to get them on board as how to get clients, how to get eventually some commissions on the side, just for, um, you know, some other partnerships that probably I don't even know about yet, but I'll discover them soon. So I'm, I'm super excited about this journey and I hope you are equally excited because, uh, well, frankly there are not too many people out there sharing hands on experience, but since I believe there is an abundance of opportunities in it, especially in it, because it is growing and, uh, pretty much, you know, every company these days, uh, needs some it, so it's, it's very likely that there will only be more it out there. So since there's abundance of opportunities, I don't hesitate sharing some of these experience and knowledge. So that's why, uh, that's why also this podcast. And if you in, uh, you know, if, if you will enjoy it, if you will have some questions, then you know, don't hesitate sending me a message by email. If you have any questions related to a particular topic, maybe I'll also answer that question in my next podcast episode. Okay. So yeah, with that, I'll wrap it up. It's December 31st at 5:00 PM here in Slovakia. So, uh, yeah, I guess, uh, I'll start pushing the agency tomorrow. So, uh, yeah, stay tuned. I release podcast episodes as frequently as time allows me. So with that, I'll wrap it up and, uh, yeah, have a wonderful day, everyone. This is Michael again, and really quick.
